Pramod Ghadge is the Co-founder and CEO of Unbox Robotics, a Pune-based warehouse automation company he launched in 2019, building robotic sortation systems. He began his career in manufacturing at L&T. At Flipkart, Pramod helped build the automation function and evaluated mobile robotics technologies for sortation globally, leading the deployment of approximately 500 robots in a Bangalore sort center. That experience shaped the thesis behind Unbox: sortation should fit the building a business already has, without mezzanines or major construction. Co-founded with Shahid Memon, Unbox today runs globally with its flagship UnboxSort system redefining how modern warehouses sort at scale.
