Schneider Electric is investing S$25 million in automation, robotics and AI at its Hub Asia distribution centre in Tuas, Singapore.

The upgrade to the 21,000m² facility is due to complete by 2027. The first phase of a goods-to-person automation system is already live and has delivered a productivity gain of around 10%, while a second phase will add adaptable racking for greater flexibility and scalability.
