Air India, SkyDrive and Suzuki have agreed to study the use of eVTOL aircraft for medical logistics in India.

Under a memorandum of understanding, the partners will assess how electric vertical take-off and landing aircraft could transport time-critical medical supplies, bypassing heavy congestion in India's major cities and improving last-mile emergency logistics.
