Ocado Group and Lotte Shopping have opened their first automated customer fulfilment centre in South Korea.

The Busan facility will serve around four million households across the city and wider Yeongnam region, supporting Lotte's growth in online grocery. It introduces several Ocado technologies for the first time and follows a partnership signed in 2022, with Lotte using the Ocado Smart Platform since 2025.
